In order to register to post comments, you must provide Saving Private Healthcare with a valid e-mail address. Saving Private Healthcare will retain that e-mail address on its servers. You may also provide other information such as your name. This too will be retained on Saving Private Healthcare’s server. However, Saving Private Healthcare won’t share any of this information with anyone except its contractors and under certain extraordinary circumstances described below. However, Saving Private Healthcare will cancel your registration and block you from re-registering with that e-mail address if you violate its terms of use.
If you send me an e-mail, your e-mail address typically will be displayed at the top of your message. I retain most of the messages I receive, so your address likely will remain on record in my e-mail archives. These archives are stored on servers owned by a third party.

Saving Private Healthcare reserves the right to disclose information it has collected from your log file. In addition, if you’ve registered to comment, Saving Private Healthcare reserves the right to disclose your e-mail address and other registration information in the following three extraordinary circumstances: (a) if the President of Saving Private Healthcare believes in good faith that he is required to do so by law or (b) if the president of Saving Private Healthcare believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to defend this site’s infrastructure or legal rights or (c) if the president of Saving Private Healthcare is asked to do by a law enforcement agency. Saving Private Healthcare will not honor requests for privacy attached to threatening, abusive, sexist, or racist communications. Saving Private Healthcare further reserves the right to share any such data and information related to threatening communications with any local, state, and federal law enforcement agency, either voluntarily or in response to an agency’s simple request.
